Wild Clay

It’s Just

“Mud” + Glaze

This clay came straight from the banks of the Petitcodiac River in Moncton, New Brunswick. The clay is very pure and didn’t need any processing before it could be worked into pottery. I just added water, wedged it into a workable state, and got to work! Pieces were bisque and glaze fired to cone 05.
